Terms of Service

By accessing our website or engaging Diamond Duo & Co. for a jewelry commission, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use our website or services.

Diamond Duo & Co. provides custom diamond jewelry design and fabrication services on a commission basis. All pieces are crafted to the specifications agreed upon during the commission process. We do not maintain in-store inventory for purchase; all items are made-to-order.

• A commission begins when both parties agree in writing (email) on design, stone specifications, metal, and price.
• A non-refundable deposit (agreed upon in writing) is required before fabrication begins. This covers design time, CAD work, and stone sourcing.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipment.
• Pricing is quoted individually for each commission and is not binding until confirmed in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances once design work or stone sourcing has begun.
• If you cancel after stone purchase but before fabrication, we will refund the stone cost minus a 15% restocking and handling fee.
• No refunds are available once the piece has entered fabrication.
• If we are unable to deliver a commissioned piece within a reasonable timeframe due to our error, we will provide a full refund.

All content on this website — including text, images, design files, CAD renders, photography, logos, and brand elements — is owned by or licensed to Diamond Duo & Co. and protected by copyright law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• CAD renders and design sketches created for your commission are the intellectual property of Diamond Duo & Co. until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to you.
• We reserve the right to photograph completed pieces for our portfolio, website, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing before fabrication.

All pieces are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or modifications made by third parties.

Stone certificates (GIA / IGI) are provided for all diamond purchases. We represent that stones are as described in writing during the commission process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diamond Duo & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific commission giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Diamond Duo & Co. operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
